About Fang of Triseria; A Werewolf Adventure

Fang of Triseria novel cover, depicting the central werewolf character, Fang, wielding a flaming sword; his body is wrapped in chains. The series logo can be seen.

Fang of Triseria is a horror and adventure serial by David Davis that combines a love of high-fantasy, monsters, and Dungeons & Dragons influenced-quest fiction. The series evokes pulp serials found in the 1920s and 1930s, such as those in Weird Tales. Fang of Triseria is ongoing and works toward a larger storyline from adventure to adventure.

The series draws its name after the primary protagonist, Fang. The wandering werewolf hails from the cursed kingdom of Triseria. He is a werewolf, but unlike common werewolves of the world, the curse that brought down the kingdom has applied a form of permanent, inescapable lycanthropy to him and others. However, unlike most of those afflicted by the curse, he has managed to maintain his wits, to a degree – a full moon brings challenges.

He wanders the world of Aurin, selling his sword skills from his past life, augmented by his newfound abilities that have emerged from his lycanthropic state. However, perhaps a great fate may await him in the future?

How to Support the Project

Feedback and comments from readers can help shape the story, in the style and form of roleplay. Some comments may shift the werewolf story in surprising directions.

If you want to comment on Fang’s adventures or critique them please feel free to do so. Based on the comments I receive, I go back to add chapter images, like old-fashioned pulp novels and magazines. It works as a little incentive for feedback and thoughts on the direction of the story.

If you want to support the author in their endeavor, please consider donating or subscribing to their Ko-fi account. Thanks for reading.
