A little seasonal festivity in this sketchbook update that features the lead character from my Bandit’s Quest project.
Bandit’s Quest was originally a video game-themed Choose Your Adventure parody comic that eventually faded away as I became more interested in a larger narrative. Since then, I’ve not done much with it besides some notes, vague ideas about moving into KidLit, and maybe even the LitRPG genre.
The basic concept is that she (Anda Bandit) represents an NPC in a video game that manages to steal the “player one” slot, resulting in an adventure as she is chased by the original protagonist, a rabbit swordsman. I should create landing pages for each project, really.
I still enjoy drawing the lead character, Anda Bandit. It seemed like a fun idea to draw her in some festive holiday clothing, so here we are. She probably stole those presents.
Anyway, here is a backgroundless version of this art.
Anyway, if you are interested in supporting what I do, you can do so through donations on Ko-Fi. I also take commissions.
Happy holidays.
Omg she is adorable!!
