April Fools ‘08, guest comic by Robbie.

April Fools ‘08, guest comic by Robbie.
Unfortunately, I am having a great deal of difficulty with the next page, so it will likely be late.
For now, enjoy a random doodle, and be sure to read my rant on Zuda comics over at The Scienteers!
I am really considering following my buddy KC’s route, drawing comics for people at a very fair price. Of course, regular pictures would be included in this as well. Would anyone be interested?
As of now, tentative prices I am considering:
Black and White comic: 10 bucks.
Color Comic: 20 bucks.
Black and White drawing: 5 bucks.
Color Drawing: 10 bucks.
If there is sufficient interest in this, I’ll go ahead and open up a page with details on all this. I could really use some money and I hope that my drawings are at least worth some cash.
I have the page up for them, order something please.
I’m aware that I’m not even three pages in and have a huge delay between pages. I really have no excuse, but I’ll go ahead and in it on a computer reformatting, numerous projects at school and a commissioned comic.
The page is still coming of course, just slowly, but it’s looking good. To the left you can see one of the panels thus far. Dash is obviously saying something cheeky. Mara is not amused.
As for projects, due to a complete computer reformatting, I lost a bunch of essays I thought I’d had backed up, so I need to rewrite several. I also have a haunted house recording I am doing in my audio-class. It’s a lot of fun and I am considering posting it online later for no other reason but to let others poke fun at it.
Meanwhile, the commissioned comic is for my buddy James and his comic, The Path. I am doing a story featuring his character, Wolf.
What’s neat is that I get to mess with drawing monsters in this one. Click the panel below to see the first half of the first page, or you can view a sketch of the monster I’ll be using. It was pretty fun to draw and this whole story looks to be a big departure from what I normally do, with an exception for the covers I do for The Path once in a while.
